They have a sculptural feel.
It started with damaged vintage bird ornaments.
Instead of trying to repair them, I decided to apply layers of texture and gesso.
They now have a new look.

How cool is that?! The textural look of these birds is really interesting. And I love how they stand out when placed among the dried roses.
