Sculptural Birds

I'm loving these.

They have a sculptural feel.

It started with damaged vintage bird ornaments.

Instead of trying to repair them, I decided to apply layers of texture and gesso.

They now have a new look.

How clever are you? These are so neat and it's so nice that you were able to do something with them other than toss them out! Way cool, Rosemary! xoxo, Leena

That was certainly a creative way to "repair" them! They look nice with the other items that you have done.

How cool is that?! The textural look of these birds is really interesting. And I love how they stand out when placed among the dried roses.

Hope to see you at Time Travel Thursday this week.

Blessings,
