When I say quick, I mean all I did was grab one of many lamp parts I have,
If I were using live flowers, I would just add a glass insert.
Another use for a lamp part.

Rosemary,
Those are the best vases.I love using the unusual items such as pitchers or jars for holding flowers. And this idea fits right in.Looks pretty with your dried flowers and would look pretty with fresh. Thanks for the inspiration!

You and those lamp parts! I swear you can make something out of anything. That is so cute.
Hi! I am a huge fan, as I've probably said before...I love your transformations!!! and this one as well!!! anyway, I follow alot of bloggers, yours is up there on my 'favorites' list, but I was wondering, if you have any photos of your home posted on your blog, I didn't see any....because I would love to see how YOU decorate your house, and to see your stuff in a different environment, other than befores and afters, and the processes, etc. OR....do you (which I doubt) sell off everything you re-create and keep it minimal for your home? anyway.... just me and my ramdom thoughts. keep up the good work!!! thanks...

So pretty! Doesn't look anything like a lamp part at all! Love all your transformations:) Thanks for inspiring! Have a wonderful week ahead!~Poppy
Very clever as always. Waste not want a lot. Richard from My Old Historic House.

Rosemary...you did it again...another lamp part repurposed into something beautiful....very, very pretty!
You do so much with lamp bits...love that.

Love it! Fast~makeover is my favorite word!
Gesso-fabulous! Rosemary :)
What a great idea, Rosemary! I never would have thought to use a lamp part as a vase. I thought of you the other day when I was at Michael's looking for gesso. I've never bought it before, didn't know how expensive it was! I didn't have a coupon, so I'll wait 'til next time:)
Lovely transformation!
