MIXED BAG

I have been buying, selling and redesigning at a rapid pace for some time now. However, after my journey into blog land, the pace has escalated.

My hubby and I have been hunting and gathering like crazy in order to reload after a very successful Kane County and a stream of customers all week. I am also working on projects I will share with you later this week.

In addition, I have had a multitude of ideas for this, my third post.

More redesigns? My recent finds? Photos of finds past?

So....How about a mixed bag of everything.

Yesterdays hint of summer made me nostalgic for garden items that have come and gone. I always wonder if I should have kept some of the more unusual or beautiful pieces that made my heart beat faster when I saw them initially.

Just a tiny portion of my recent finds...

I practically hurdled over a guy to get the two carved wood plaques.

As you can see, I still have some organizing to do.

This chair made me dance. Not just because of its beauty, but I don't have to do a thing to it. It did give me some ideas for a future project though.

I redesign furniture, but I also love to revamp accessories. Here is a recent box redo. This guy was kinda sad at first.

After a little love.

Thanks for stopping by. Check back soon for the reveal of my latest redesigns.

  4. Hi Rosemary...thanks for stopping over and welcome to blogland. Love the chair, and the re-do on the box. Garden-y things always make me swoon and I've probably let a few go that should have stayed around, too...but hey, there's always another heart-grabber just around the corner!
