911

Most of the furniture we buy for my redesigns require little to moderate doctoring before I'm able to give them an added edge. Like this recent piece.

However, there is the occasional....

SOMEONE CALL 911

Hubby brought this critical guy home recently. As he unloaded him from the van, I could swear I heard "HELP ME!" coming from one of the drawers.

"It was cheap and I figured you could do something with it..."

Here is what I did....

Another guy who came to me in a similar, though somewhat less TRAGIC state.

Can you tell I love to embellish?

I've been going through my photos since starting this blog, and realized that I have quite a few redesigns to show you, past and present.

Check back soon. I'll be sharing more redesigns and recent finds. Hubby and I will be hunting and gathering at some great estate sales these next few days.

P.S. Don't forget, you can click on photos to enlarge.

I love the pieces that you and your hubby find, rescue and bring back to a beautiful new beginning!

Did you take off all the old veneer from the first chest of drawers? (I love the embellishments too!)
