READY FOR SPRING

Yes, I'm still here, and, I'm already over winter.  Must be my age.  I'm slowly coming out of hibernation after a very busy year.  I need to get a jump on the many projects I have swirling around in my head.  Show season will be here before I know it.

I've been going through some of my past projects during my down time. It's funny how some of my favorite projects are some of simplest.  Like this galvanized pail.  An easy decoupage project that took a few minutes to do.  The beauty is in the image and the weathered pail.  You can find the image in my Etsy shop by clicking HERE.

I'm ready to dress up more pails, and, fill them with flowers.  I'm ready for spring.

  1. I am right there with you. I cannot wait for the spring and summer shows to start up. I cannot stand the months of January and February. I hope we get an early Spring. Good luck as you begin to think about your creative and pretty projects.

    1. There's a love/hate relationship with January and February. I'm ready for the show season, but, I think I need the kinda forced down time I have in the winter to recharge my creative juices. Have a great year Kris.xoxo

  2. Ye I have been thinking what to put in my big flower bed where I put my giant elephant ear bulbs and giant sunflowers. I want to change it up this year.
I know you are busy and excited about your spring shows coming up

    1. The older I get, the more being out in the cold bothers me. It makes me lazy. I just want to curl up inside, in comfy clothes, wrapped in my blankie, sipping a warm drink, watching a good movie. lol

  4. AGREE Rosemary! Winter is the pitts. Our town was literally closed down yesterday - with a curfew til 10am today to keep cars off icy roads. Counting down til Spring :)

  5. Love that pail, Rosemary! Do you plan to be at Kane Co Flea Market again this year? If yes, let me know which months so I can stop by your booth and see you again!

    1. Hi Jennifer,

I will only be at Kane County off and on this year. I will let you know which months. I'm pretty much always at the 3 French Hens in Morris, IL. I'm also planning to do more pop-up shows. Nice to hear from you.
