Vintage Paper Wreaths

The wreath making continues.

As you know, I've been making them with book pages, and, they've been selling very well.  A great big thanks to all my customers.

I've been giving some of them extra character with color.

For my concerned readers,  I'm not tearing up valuable books (I know better). I'd be selling the books if that were the case.  Cause, I could use a fortune. LOL

Now, I'm also making them with vintage paper, which I believe is from the Art Deco period.  I honestly don't remember how long I've had this big roll.  An estate sale find from years ago.

No, it's not worth a fortune either, but, It's perfect for some of my wreaths.

Not only am I making wreaths for Etsy, I'm also getting ready for one last show next month.

I'll share more info soon.

  1. Oh Rosemary everyone who comes over is impressed by your wreaths. I'm including them on my post that hopefully will be up no later than Saturday. I appreciate the wreaths and admire their beauty, I walk up very close to them and try to figure out the words in each sheet and imagine a story behind the pages as you know words with my poetry mean so much to me.
Loving your wreaths you rock girlfriend!
    xoxo,

  7. Rosemary, that paper seems to be particularly well suited to creating these gorgeous wreaths! Of course, in your creative hands, they turn into beautiful pieces of art. Love the fluffy green circle and the silver heart and the...all of them!
