Which Urn?

Which urn appeals to you?

I gave this urn layers of antique white, and, a bit of chipping?

Or, this urn, I shared a while back?

I wiped on, and, off, various shades of grey, green, cream, and, brown to get this effect.

So, if you had to pick, which urn would it be?

me too, I love the lighter color, but I'm wondering if they're the same urn? Hope you had a wonderful Easter, Rosemary!

They are both pretty urns, Rosemary, but the first one keeps catching my eye. In fact, I have an urn at my booth that I have a feeling will be coming home with me and I think it will be getting some white paint over its present gold color.

They are both so nice--but because of the way I like to decorate I would like the first one the best :)

I love them both. So I would pick both, haha. Light one for my porch or living room and the second one for my dining room. Unless it is the same one then I am out of luck getting one of them haha.

Well done, ma'am.

They are both gorgeous! Personally I like the white one best because it would fit in my home better. I think that is what it will come down to for the buyer.

Happy Friday Rosemary,
Sorry I am late mon amie. Oh crap ... I feel I am going to flunk this test... Most comments lean towards the top one,
Yes indeed gorgeous, but I would pick the second... Textured, layered, built up color patina, I say the number 2
but would be thrilled in ownership of either. Stop by Philly and enter my giveaway.

Vera

Both are gorgeous Rosemary, but for me it would have to be the second. The colour holds a warm antique look for me. ♥

#2 - it looks aged and has interesting faux patina. Have a great weekend!

I love the first one.

I think the second urn is so interesting and unique! The way you combined the paint colors to get the final finish is genius. #2 is my pick!

If it were indoors, the first one but for outdoors, the second one...in other words, too hard to choose Rosemary!

Hello Rosemary, I hope things are going well. This may sound like a cop out but I love them both. I love the airy feeling of the white but the other one has many colors that I love.

The closeups of the white one had me choosing the first one, but then when I saw the overall photo of the second one it appeals to me more. Oh goodness, they are both lovely and hard to choose!

They are both very beautiful, but I do tend to gravitate toward the worn, weathered look of the second urn....you work magic!

I love the first two Rosemary, I think that they both and the same, it's lightness speaks romance and the crusty layers are perfect, loving that it's not quite white yet has that age of oxidized ironstone....it's perfect for me!

I do like tour second one as well, if I were doing a Tuscan villa type home it would be my choice.
Love your creative work here.

Rosemary this post is so right up my ally. Over the weekend yard selling with my daughter were were able to find three finial post toppers for columns. They were not old ones but layered with stucco for exterior homes, I bought all three thinking I could do something in the garden with them, and one of them landed in my home. Soon I will post.
