Shopping Break

I needed to get away from painting and creating this weekend.  So, we went to a few garage and estate sales.

The minute I stepped inside this sale, I knew I'd find something.

Yes, I spotted the carved tables right away, but, the price was more than I wanted to spend.

I actually had more fun (price wise) in the basement,

and garage.

Yes, the birdcage came down.  Great color.

I love this bottle.

There's more, but, I have to do some cleaning and sorting.

See ya soon.

  1. Wonderful purchases - my favorites are the cage and the bottle. I did the opposite - I stayed in and painted!

  18. Love the Christian Bros. bottle. I have been to the Christian Bros. winery when it existed, I think it's now a culinary academy. One of the times my friend and I were wine tasting and someone had a box of kittens outside Christian Bros. The sucker that I am, and maybe a few too many wine samples, I took a kitten home, mewing for an hour and a half in the car the entire way. It was a good cat. My boyfriend also went to Christian Bros. High School, so funny to see that bottle so far from home.
