Vintage Linen Redesigns

I'm still having posting and editing issues. I can only post in the "old" post editor. Arghhhhh. I spent way too much time trying to resolve the situation, and I'm done. So, instead of taking a revolver to my computer, I'm going to take a deep breath, and show you what I've been doing today to clear my mind.

I have a pile of vintage tea towels, napkins, runners, etc., I've picked up over the years. I decided to transfer some of my graphics to them. Yes, I used my blender pen (tutorial on my sidebar). Some of them will become pillows.

I love the way my graphics work with the original designs.

When I say I have a pile, I mean like boxes full.

I have about four or five other designs I'm playing with. I'll be sharing. More furniture redesigns are in the works too. See ya soon. Hopefully with things back to normal.

  2. Those are so cute! If you decide to transform all of your linens like that, you are going to be one busy girl! What a wonderful hostess gift those would make. Great idea.

  8. Sorry about your problem, Rosemary.

Try to use another browser. That was the solution once I had the same problem.

But nothing can 'kill' your creativity and love to work/play :)
    Great job!

  9. Great job! I love linens...you can never have enough linens, especially tea towels! And if they are made of linen it's even better!

Sorry your issues with editing and posting aren't resolved. Maybe you will wake-up in the morning and it will have been a bad dream! LOL

  10. Wow, those are beautiful, Rosemary! What a great look, too.

Have you tried Live Writer? Once I switched to that a couple of years ago, there was no going back to doing my posts in Blogger. Plus, you can recall it to edit, add links, fix pictures, add a watermark. I think you would like it.

  11. Beautiful. I am also having difficulty with the new interface so I switched to the old one today too and at least that worked fine. Grrrr.
