Lots of white, grey, and a touch of black.
I transferred my romantic lady onto two ornate plaques I gave my "Old World" finish. I also copied her onto photo paper, decoupaged the image onto a small rectangular piece of wood, and attached a magnet to the back. See her in the lower right?
I think I may turn the old grey fixture on the left into a cloche.
Altered bottles, and of course frames.
I found several vintage bridal pieces at an estate sale last year, and love the way they look.
I unearthed quite a few vintage metal lamp bases like this cherub. I'll show you what I did with some of them in a future post.
Love these vintage metal numbers.
I still have to add a little something to my carriers, and boxes.
I had to laugh when some of you thought I'd have to work hard to reload after my last show. This is just a tiny drop of all the projects I have going on, and all the stuff I'm digging through in the garage. I'm finding things I forgot I had. I'm taking full advantage of the beautiful weather. I'm, organizing, cleaning, purging, and redesigning. Would you like to see some of my piles?
I still have furniture to get to as well. I'll let you know what I decide to do with this backless, cushionless, settee.
See ya soon.
