More Designs, and, Upcoming Giveaway

Orders, and, special requests, have me cutting, cutting, and, cutting some more.

I'm making larger rusty urns.

I've added animals.  I hand cut, and, give this cat a distressed, painted finish.

More urn magnets,

and, more urn groupings.

All available on Etsy.

ONE MORE THING

I've been getting comments again from NO-REPLY commenters. Some of which are asking a question. Please understand that I'm not ignoring you, I just can't reply to your comment question.  A couple years ago, I did a post about NO-REPLY comments.  You can read that post by clicking HERE.  However, that was two years ago.  I know there are even more variables now. That being said, if you leave a question in the comments, and, I don't answer it, send me a regular email.

In the meantime, one of the questions I've been getting, is, "Will you  be having another Farragoz Online Painting Course giveaway?".  Yes, I will.  Soon.

If you're not familiar with the Farragoz course, you can check it out HERE.

That's all for now.  I have more cutting to do.

The Mad Cutter

Yes, I've become a metal cutting madwoman.  The more I go through my stash of metal, the more I envision, design, and, create.

Urns have been added to my list of offerings.

Yes, I draw these out, and, cut them by hand.

This next one is one of my favorites.  I made it smaller, and, slender.

I gave it a weathered rusty white finish, and, made it into a magnet.

After I made the urn magnet, I decided to create smaller versions of my shields, and, do the same with them.

I'm very appreciative for my Etsy customers.  In addition to my regular sales, I'm also working on quite a few custom orders.

I don't see my metal cuttings days ending right now.  I have other designs in the works.  I'll share soon.

Hearts and Shields

I'm still in metal cutting, chippy paint mode, and,  in addition to hearts, I making shields.

I'm varying the sizes.

I'm varying the sizes of the hearts as well.

Everything is available on Etsy.

I'm getting lots of requests for these.  So, If you're interested, and, you miss something, I'll have something similar, in addition to completely new designs.

I'm very grateful for all my customers, who are keeping me so busy.

See ya soon.

Chippy Hearts and Chilling Temps

Below zero temps have me inside, creating with my stash of salvaged metal.  Winter has definitely arrived here in my neck of the woods.

I've been cutting, painting, and, decorating hearts for my Etsy shop.  I've added a metal fleur-de-lis, and, faded French script to these.

Note the chippy finish.  I've used a combo of the homemade paint from the Farragoz course, and, my own little tricks for the finish.

I've use a vintage key to embellish some of them.

Because my close ups have a tendency to make certain items seem larger than they are, this next photo will help.

However, I'm making larger hearts as well.

I've given some of my smaller hearts a weathered finish using my own solutions.  "Gratitude is the memory of the heart" is the lettering on this next pair.

I've already sold some of these hearts.  However, with more bone chilling temps on the way, I have a feeling I'll be making a lot more, and, other cute little handmade things.

WINGS OF LOVE

The metal angel wings you see hear have a special place in my heart.

After selling several of my handmade metal angel wings on Etsy to the same customer,

I had a request to make a bunch of my small angel wings.

A few email exchanges revealed the reason why.

My customer is a nurse.  These little wings will be part of a going home package for premature babies.

Oh my goodness.

After learning the destination of the wings, I shared a story with my customer that I'll now share with you.

Before we married, aside from his regular job, my husband volunteered in the pediatric ward of a hospital.  When I saw him holding a preemie, that was it, I was in love.

Sending hugs, and, kisses to all the precious little ones.  I'm honored to be a small part of your life.
